Spryfield
Spryfield, located again just off the Rotary, but up Herring
Cove Road, is an area that has been plagued by a bad reputation recently,
however is definitely in the midst of a Renewal Phase. With incredibly

happening, revitalization of old buildings, and continues to see commercial
