Rockingham and Wedgewood are neighborhoods that touch Clayton Park at the Kearney Lake End and feature the most unique architecture in Haliax - particularly Wedgewood. If you love to look at different houses, this is the neighborhood for you. Sharing many of the conveniences that Clayton Park has, these two neighborhoods both feature older homes, and are both more consistent in housing styles, featuring almost exclusively single family homes, ranging in age from 20 through 40 years, and in price from around $270k right up through $400k.
This area features a good bus system, servicing both Downtown routes and routes within the subdivision itself - including those going into Bayers Lake for shopping.
